Our client is a well-established electrical distribution network operator with over 7 million customers throughout the UK.  As a national business, they pride themselves on their first class reputation for network reliability and business efficiency, receiving the Government’s Charter Mark scheme accolade every year. Their Bodmin depot are seeking a Team Administrator. This is a temporary role for a month or so with the possiblity of being extended. Temporary staff also have the opportunity to apply for internal permanent roles within the company. Excellent hourly rate, holiday entitlement rising to 26 days + bank holidays after 12 weeks, free parking!

Duties will include 

  • Coordinating the team’s response to Network Faults
  • Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing
  • Assisting the Team Manager with work programming
  • The inputting of data into the appropriate data base as support to the Field Teams
  • Assisting other Team Members as and when required

It is essential you are able to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, with customers and other team members as you must be able to represent the company positively at all times. If you have experience as a PA or in customer service, administration or scheduling engineers, we would be interested to hear from you. 

The successful candidate will be reliable, bright, personable, well organised and enthusiastic with a can do attitude. You will be working as part of a small team and must be able to work using your own initiative. 

This role is temporary for a month or so with potential for other opportunities
