Streetworks Administrator, Bodmin –  £17.73 per hour.

Their Bodmin depot are seeking a Streetworks Administrator to work within their Streetworks team. This a 3 month temporary contract, to be reviewed.  Temporary staff also have the opportunity to apply for internal permanent roles within the company, this is a foot in the door with a large and well established organisation.  Excellent hourly rate.

Duties will include, 

  • Data Entry
  • Dealing with Local Authorities.
  • Dealing directly with Contractors both verbally and by written instruction.
  • Preparing monthly statistics.
  • Issuing Streetworks notices and dealing with invoices.
  • Responding to contractor enquiries via e mail.
  • The inputting of data into the appropriate databases.
  • Supporting the team with paperwork and documentation handling. 

  Skills and experience:-

  • Proven experience as an administrator.
  • Good data entry skills
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service.

The following areas of experience would be advantageous:

  • Utilities, engineering, energy, construction, maintenance, local councils, infrastructure, streetworks, NRSWA, highways, data entry
