Production Operator

Our client develops and delivers highly integrated optical telecommunication systems-is expanding their delivery of optical module products and are recruiting Permanent Assembly and Test Operators to join their team.

Hours -Double day shifts ( one week 6am-2pm and one week 2pm-10pm)

Salary- Permanent competitive salary plus shift premium

Role & Responsibilities

*Perform a variety of manual assembly and test processes

*Operate a variety of computer interfaced automated equipment

*Raise immediately any problems, quality concerns that could impact product delivery and customer satisfaction

*Work flexibly as part of an integrated team and achieve best overall business performance

*Contribute to business improvements in a controlled manner

*Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe manner in compliance with Health & Safety Environmental policy
