        Their Tipton depot are seeking a New Supplies Administrator to work within their New Supplies team. This is a long term Temporary Contract, initially for 6 months, temporary staff also have the opportunity to apply for internal permanent roles within the company. Excellent hourly rate with up to two salary increments a year, holiday entitlement rising to 26 days + bank holidays after 12 weeks, free parking, on-site canteen.

        Excellent hourly rate with up to two salary increments a year, holiday entitlement rising to 26 days + bank holidays after 12 weeks, free parking, pension scheme. Salary will start at £26,990/£13.98, rising to £31,393/£16.27 per hour once performance standards have been met. 

        In this role you will be providing a vital clerical and administrative support service to business, this will include:-

        • Dealing with both verbal and written enquiries for New Supplies for the Company
        • Raising Crown enquiries.
        • Liaising with Contractors, Electricians and Customers on making Distribution appointments.
        • Processing request for work Forms.
        • Processing meter move packs & dealing with payments.
        • Dealing with customer queries relating to service alterations.
        • Processing LV supply packs.
        • Liaising with customers regarding supply routes and any other query regarding quotes.
        • Raising BT disconnections.
        • Raising ICP (Independent Connection Provider) jobs and processing invoicing.

          Skills and experience:-

        • Proven experience as an administrator.
        • Excellent IT skills.
        • Strong focus on customer service.

        The following areas of experience would be advantageous:

        • Utilities, engineering, construction, maintenance, local councils, infrastructure, new connections, new supplies, administration or secretarial experience, customer service
