Flexible administrator/receptionist required for a busy and varied role within a school.

HR duties will include placing adverts on line, receipting applications and preparing follow up documentation, interview packs, references, filing, letters, etc

Other duties will include (but will not be limited to)  providing cover on reception, providing cover to the Educational Health Care Plan administrator – organising meetings, circulating reports, maintaining  records on the in house database.

Excellent IT skills, brilliant communication skills – enjoy working in a team and with customers face to face and via the phone.
