Our client is a well-established electrical distribution network operator with over 7 million customers throughout the UK. Their Bristol depot is seeking a Project/Data Administrator to work on a project due to run for the next 6 months with the possibilty of being extended. There is also the opportunity to apply for internal permanent roles within the company.
It is essentially a data management role, including communication with customers/stakeholders/electricity generators both verbally and by email. The role will involve the undertanding of data, data entry, filtering and sorting and reporting intricate technical data on Excel. You must be proficient on Excel and have an understanding of how to manipulate and extract information from a large data set.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working on projects demonstrating the ability to work to deadlines, work with autonomy and use their own initiative.The role will require a flexible approach to taking new tasks/challenges on board as the programme is still in development stage so it would be beneficial to have experience of developing/documenting new processes.
Skills and experience:-
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.

This role may is typically a 37.5 hour week, flexible 8am – 4pm, 8.30am – 4.30am or 9am – 5pm. Benefits include an excellent hourly rate with up to two salary increments a year, holiday entitlement rising to 26 days +bank holidays after 12 weeks and free parking.
Due to Covid, the successful candidate will initially be set up to work from home until employees are intergrated back into the office. The closing date is the 27th November, however, you will need to apply well in advance of this date as you will be required to fill in an application form. Interviews will be held in December to appoint at the end of the year.
Hourly rate will be £15.04.
