Data Entry Administrator, Castle Donington, £13.99 per hour

Their depot in Castle Donington are seeking a Data Entry Administrator initially for a period of 6 months, with the likelihood of being extended thereafter and the opportunity to apply for internal permanent roles within the company. Excellent hourly rate, holiday entitlement rising to 26 days + bank holidays after 12 weeks, free parking! Immediate start available!

As an Data Entry Administrator you would be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing
  • Data Entry 
  • Data Analysis and producing reports/spreadsheets
  • Producing Letters
  • Generating and processing new payments
  • Maintaining database records and updating agreements and contracts
  • Preparing Monthly statistics
  • update and maintain a database of vulnerable customers
  • monitor mailboxes and deal with enquiries appropriately

Full training will be given, however to be successful in securing the role of administrator you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as an administrator
  • Experience of data entry or working with numbers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn bespoke software
  • Excel knowledge, and ability to work with spreadsheets and reports
  • Experience working with databases
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at A-C including Maths and English
