Our client is a well-established electrical distribution network operator with over 7 million customers throughout the UK.  As a national business, they pride themselves on their first class reputation for network reliability and business efficiency, receiving the Government’s Charter Mark scheme accolade every year. Their depot in Plymouth are seeking a Data Entry Administrator within their payroll team initially for a period of 6 months with the likelihood of being extended thereafter and the opportunity to apply for internal permanent roles within the company. Excellent hourly rate, holiday entitlement rising to 26 days + bank holidays after 12 weeks, free parking!

As an Data Entry Administrator you would be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing
  • Data Entry 
  • Data Analysis and producing reports/spreadsheets
  • Producing Letters
  • Generating and processing new payments
  • Maintainting database records and updating agreements and contracts
  • Preparing Monthly statistics

Full training will be given, however to be successful in securing the role of administrator you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as an administrator
  • Experience of data entry or working with numbers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn bespoke software
  • Excel knowledge, and ability to work with spreadsheets and reports
  • Experience working with databases
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at A-C including Maths and English
