Brite Services are working with an award winning company based in central Bath who are seeking engaging candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for dealing with customers while providing a professional level of service. Central Bath location with excellent transport links, entry level role starting at £19.5K with the opportunity to earn £250 per quarter in bonuses. Permanent full-time role. Full training provided!

You will be working a hybrid of office and remote/home based, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. 

Hours 9am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri, with two late shifts in the week,

  1. 11am – 7.30pm/11.30-8pm – This will alternate each week
  2. 10am – 6.30pm

You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday’s 9am-5pm, with a day off the week after in lieu.

For those with the right enthusiasm and personality, full training will be given within a supportive environment.

The role involves receiving inbound and making outbound calls to nurture leads from a variety of sources before transferring on to one of the specialist teams for action.
